Our company. was established in 1989, was one of the national earliest professional enterprises for manufacturing plastic pipe fitting and matrix. The corporation is situated at SanJing Industrial Park in Changzhou National Hightech
Industrial Developing Zone which located in Yangtz Delta. Its enjoys a highly developed and convenient transportation system as well as good environment. The corporation now has total square reaching 32,000 square meters, provided with the annual capacity of PVC-U(the pipe for water-supply) and feedwater-pipe fitting reaching 8,000 ton and 3,000 ton respectively. The corporation provided with the professional designing procession which was engaged
in researching and developing plastic pipe fitting for long time, possessing domestic
first-class capability for developing pipe fitting products and design&manufacture
great matrix, have rapid developing speed and can satisfy the requirement of market
rapidly. The corporation also provided with the national largest PVC special machine
for plastic-infusion which was operated by computer-autocontrol (32000g), over 800
sets of special matrix, can produce PVC-U and PE water-supply pipe fitting with ￠20~
￠400mm, over 60 categories and 800kinds of specification including three-way pipe,
elbow, valve, water-dividing implement etc.was divided into adhere connection,
suppleness connection, flange connection and screw thread connection.
The inspection capability of the corporation was powerful and possess one professional as well as keen-witted and capable procession for inspecting. Provided with inspection
and examination equipment as well as various kinds of measuring instrument including WeiKa intenerate temperature instrument, drop hammer striking machine, dumbbell sample-made machine, tensile examining instrument, heat oven examining instrument, trial press pumping station, refrigeration equipment etc. It can process various kinds of examination including hydraulic pressure, airproof , falling, heat-oven, stretching, drop hammer striking, WeiKa intenerate temperature mensuration etc. Insuring the leave
